The Wise Law Firm will primarily focus its legal services in all areas of family law including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, visitation, property settlement agreements, modifications of previous court orders, paternity and legitimation actions, mediation, adoption, name changes, temporary protective orders and contempt actions.

Daria F. Wise, the founding principal of the firm, has over ten years of litigation and family law experience. A graduate of University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Loyola University New Orleans School of Law, Ms. Wise has successfully litigated matters through trial and has mediated settlement for hundreds of clients. Ms. Wise is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate their way through the often complex and difficult issues associated with family law matters.
